Very few in today’s society know that it was the African scientist El Baz who gave the American government the secrets to landing on the moon and trained the astronauts to achieve the mission. Born in Egypt and at one time the advisor to President Sadat who was assassinated, El Baz not only played a pivotal role in the moon landing, he also taught them the sciences of finding water in desert terrain.
Star Trek named one of the space shuttles in his honor. He worked with NASA for numerous years advising America’s earliest Astronauts & led the committee that chose landing sites for the moon. He is the African that America barely knows but is glorified in the scientific world.

Excellent read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing some research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch! “We know what happens to people who stay in the middle of the road. They get run over.” by Ambrose Gwinett Bierce.
