The movie/book Roots by Alex Haley has been shoved down the throats of the American public for years. The truth is that the story which was allegedly an account of Mr Haley going through his family history is a complete lie & is purposely fed to black people in hopes of keeping them in darkness. Alex Haley actually plagiarized the idea from a white author named Harold Courlander who released his novel The African nearly a decade prior to Roots. Courlander sued Alex Haley in the 1970s and was awarded over half a million dollars in a settlement.
Alex Haley stole over 80 passages from the novel The African & though the entire plot wasn’t taken the main character of both books has many similarities. Why would a book that was found to be plagiarized be converted to a movie series & replayed over & over for each generation to see? The African was a novel & not a factual account, Roots however was supposedly based on truth. So, if the facts were stolen from a novel why would it be promoted as truth?
Those who have some insight into the psychological warfare taking place on the American public know that Roots is a tool used to indoctrinate a people into thinking this is their reality. However, historical facts and evidence prove otherwise. The slavery that has been brainwashed into the minds of the public is not the unfolding of complete truth in regard to American history!

Wow. Why am I not surprised?! For generations, African Americans (descendants of the lost tribe) have struggled with prejudices and racisms of all kinds (both aggressive and subtle, colorism and internalized racism). Perhaps this dogmatic behavior and fear based thinking is the residual effect of the Willy Lynch syndrome. Either way, these regurgitated (possibly misrepresentations) of a dredful past, breeds bouts of mental & spiritual intoxication which, in my opinion, contributes to current events of modern day racial micro-agressions… Bottom line is, I never liked that story anyhow – the movie was repulsive- One we must be mindful of the information that is accepted and internalized as truth.
obviously like your website but you have to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very bothersome to tell the truth nevertheless I will certainly come back again.
